With the focus on “Fun Fitness” KAOS offers affordable kids fitness sessions for youngsters between the ages of 7 and 16 by providing a comprehensive and structured fitness programme. The programme has two main aims:  enhancing the ability of young athletes in their specific sport through fitness training, conditioning and mentorship as well as giving those who don’t play sport the opportunity to take part in a variety of fun and beneficial exercises.

The primary goal of KAOS is to increase the overall fitness levels of all children and help them become stronger and healthier with the belief that this is the perfect age to instill a sense of pride through fun, physical activity. Furthermore, we believe that this opportunity should be provided to all families at the most affordable rate possible.

Please note, we only offering kids training on Fridays for group sessions from 13:45 pm to 14:30 pm.

How it works

The children are assessed twice per year and parents receive a full report demonstrating their child’s physical development. Assessments also allow us to categorize our children into three main groups; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. This is to ensure that no child feels intimidated by training with others who are possibly more physically inclined. Another benefit to our system is that it provides children with exercises that are challenging but realistic in comparison to their capabilities, this increases overall satisfaction and participation of the children.
